DEBORAH A. BROWN – GENERAL MANAGER
Deborah has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay since 2006, she brings to the table over 25 years of hospitality experience. The mantra that she believes in has trickled down through her entire staff, she leads by example and wants every guest to have a positive memory of their stay. She has two children, which both reside out of state, and 4 grandchildren. Deborah enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves the outdoors.
CHRISTINE FRARY – GENERAL MANAGER’S ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Christine has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay since July of 1968, where she worked at the Front Desk. In the years following, she worked her way north in the building, until now where she occupies an office with a view of West Grand Traverse Bay. Christine is a native of Traverse City, and enjoys gardening, cooking at her home that she shares with her husband of 37 years, Scott. They also enjoy their kayaks, bikes, snowshoes, and fishing poles.

KELLY L. MARUSKIN – DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Has been an employee for 3 years and she comes to us from the Metropolitan Detroit area. She has been in the hotel business for 17 years and all with Holiday Inn flag.
She enjoys softball, bowling, hiking and most outdoor sports.

KIMBERLY WEINRICK – SALES AND CATERING MANAGER
Kimberly has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay since 1999, where she started at the Front Desk, she then worked her way to the Sales Department as their Assistant. Shortly there after, she was promoted to Sales Manager, and then took over as Sales and Catering Manager since May of 2008. She is a mother of 4 and a step-mother to 3, so with having 7 children that does not leave much time for any personal time. She does enjoy watching her children sports, Sunday football with the family, spending some quality time with her husband Rob, and if she can ever escape for some time alone, she enjoys a good book.
KATHY DELL - SALES MANAGER
Kathy has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years. She has worked in many faucets of the industry and has found her niche in the Sales department. As our wedding coordinator, her goal is to make your wedding experience a tremendous success. In her spare time she loves to entertain family and friends with her fabulous cooking and barbeque parties. She also enjoys RV camping with her husband, family and friends whether it’s downstate (to her home town of Spring Lake, Michigan) or to the Upper Peninsula (specifically Sugar Island). Kathy also enjoys the wintery weather of Northern Michigan and a Las Vegas trip is usually in the yearly plan for fun and excitement of a “Big City” get-a-way.
JEFF NOELL - BAR MANAGER
Jeff has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay since July of 2008. Jeff is a Traverse City native, who has spent his 10 years of work experience in this town. Jeff has worked many jobs in the food and beverage industry, and takes pride in what he does. He enjoys sailing on West Bay and frisbie golf at Hickory Hills. He is a huge sports fan and a real go getter.
JANE HART-BANQUET MANAGER

DAVID DYKSTRA – FACILITIES MANAGER
David has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay for over 30 years, and has been our Facilities Manager since 1985. He is responsible for all areas of the building maintenance and operations, as well as over seeing the continuing process of renovations and improvements to our property. He and his wife Vickie enjoy camping, canoeing, fishing, and swimming in their spare time.

JOSHUA STEWART – KITCHEN MANAGER
Josh has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay since 1998. He began his career with the hotel as a dish washer, was then promoted to prep cook within 3 months, and then onto a full time line cook. For the past year and a half, Josh has held the position of Kitchen Manager. While in this position he has taken a special interest in furthering his knowledge in Banquets and Catering. He enjoys the blending of cuisine and ingredients from all over the world. In his spare time he enjoys learning different languages, science, gaming, and spending time with his 2 sons.

LYNN SEVENER – EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Lynn has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay since March of 2008, and has been in the hospitality business for over 11 years. She enjoys working with the public. Her goal in this business is to make sure that she and her staff make all guests’ stay at the Holiday Inn West Bay a memorable and fun one. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has lived in Traverse City all her life and loves it here; everyday is a new and memorable blessing here.
