We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Florence Burke for being our February 2009 Associate of the Month.  Florence has been with the Holiday Inn West Bay for 22 years at our Front Desk.  She has worn many hats in this department, and is the back bone to our Night Audit.  She is always willing to go above and beyond her job to help all of us here and her guests.
